Walking on the warm sand towards the ocean one step at a time releasing attachments, I am preparing to surrender to the flow of life.
With the intention of Peace I enter in the Water, place the paddle board, move on its soft surface and float.
Practicing yoga on the water heals and strengthens my body, heart and soul.
I chant and feel the voice of my intention expanding all around like a drop of water moving the frequency in circles from within around.
I stand on my feet, balancing my feminine and masculine sides to create a strong base on the moving ocean
I move in flow, in waves, influencing my surrounding with positive intention.
I am receptive to nature and the conditionnent of my surroundings to keep equilibrium on a moving space.
Savasana del mar, I surrender with an open heart.
