One day, we were a group of 4 friends going for a swim at the bay in Miami. We recollected more than seven big bags of trash, filled with cans of sodas, beers and energy drinks, in just a few minutes. And we couldn’t clean all the area properly.
It hurts to see how many people traumatize and harm our beautiful planet. Though, how can we ask people who are not sensitive to their own wellbeing, people who drink so unhealthy hurtful liquids, to be sensitive to others or their environment?
Mindfulness begin with yourself. When we choose to drink fresh organic juices, we give work to the local farmers, we support our community, the residue of our drink becomes a good compost to nurture mother earth. It is a harmonious cycle of growth. We feel good, strong and healthy.
